Shipping policy
Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Your parcel will be left in a secure place, however please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

- The delivery timescale stated for checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Wolverson Fitness will take reasonable steps to ensure this estimated timescale is met, however mitigating circumstances outside of Wolverson Fitness control may impact your delivery timescale.
Origin fitness
As standard we only ship orders to mainland UK.
We are currently dispatching orders within our regular 7-10 working day timeframe. (Working days: Monday - Friday)
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm delivery dates prior to order. Our carriers have also been experiencing high demand, so please allow 24hrs either side of the scheduled delivery date.
Current delivery timescales between 3-5 working days. Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Next Day Delivery is currently unavailable.
Physical fitness
FREE delivery is available on all orders over £149.00 inc VAT. GB mainland* orders only.
Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 working days
Express Delivery - 1 to 3 working days

Please Note: Express Delivery is for working days only. With Express delivery, we aim to deliver on the next working day, however this can be longer in very busy periods. Express delivery is usually delivered twice as fast as standard delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday and wish to receive your item on a Saturday, please select the Saturday option at checkout.
All orders weighing over 90kgs will be dispatched via our palletised delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days for this service (longer in very busy times). If required our pallet carrier will contact you so that the delivery can be booked in*, please specify this in the order comments. Please note this is a kerbside delivery. The driver is not insured to assist in the unloading of the pallet.
If you specify a location where the delivery can be left unsigned for then this is done so at your own risk, claims for loss or damages will not be entertained.
*Please note it is not possible to book in deliveries using our standard delivery service.

All orders are sent via APC overnight courier to arrive on the next working day.* Please note that there may be delays during busy periods.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm through to Monday before 1pm will arrive on Tuesday.
(Orders placed after 1pm or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day)

Orders are dispatched next working day for delivery Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm.
Pre-order items will have their dispatch month listed on the product page. Items will be shipped as soon as they come into stock in that month.

Please be aware you may receive a call from our delivery courier or haulage company contacting you in advance to confirm your delivery date and timings. Please make sure your contact number on your order is correct so that the carrier can contact you about your delivery should they need to.
Jordan Fitness will endeavour to honour specific delivery dates and times upon request. Jordan Fitness cannot entertain any claim for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.
All orders must be checked and signed for on delivery by the customer. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Please retain all original packaging, wrapping and pallets in case of return. If wrapping and pallets have been disposed of, this can be provided for a fee.
