1" Small Pilates Head Pad (no cover)

Introducing the 1" Small Pilates Head Pad, an essential accessory crafted specifically for pilates instructors and class attendees.

Manufactured from Supasoft Foam that is made using 20% recycled polymers , this Head Pad delivers a soft yet supportive feel. Note that although it is known as a Head Pad, it can in fact also be used for support under the hands and knees when kneeling; and/or under the lower back to help release hip flexors and maintain neutral alignment, fostering proper form and engagement.

Its size (L 305mm/12” x w 203mm/8” x d 25mm/1”) provides optimum support for the hands and knees during kneeling exercises, ensuring comfort and stability.
