Performance Urethane Olympic Plates are high-quality, durable plates that can stand up to the toughest of training environments.

Recently redesigned, the plates now feature two handles so they can comfortably be used for free weight exercises too, including the popular 'steering wheel' shoulder exercise.

220kg pack includes - 8 pairs x 1.25kg, 4 pairs x 2.5kg, 2 pairs x 15kg, 1 pair x 5kg, 10kg, 20kg & 25kg

400kg pack includes - 2 pairs x 1.25kg, 15kg and 25kg, 3 pairs x 2.5kg, 10kg & 20kg and 4 pairs x 5kg
