Yoga Block
An inexpensive but hugely versatile addition to any studio, Yoga Blocks and Bricks can be incorporated into numerous yoga poses to make them more accessible, to act as support, or to add a challenge to develop strength.
Struggling to reach your toes or hold a bridge? A yoga brick or block can help bridge the gap, adding support and making the movement more achievable. Alternatively, to make things more challenging, bricks and blocks can be held as weights to add resistance, balanced on to create instability, or incorporated into exercises – for example, applying pressure to a block held between the arms or legs for added tension in the movement.
They can be used to tailor yoga and pilates workouts to all levels, making moves either more accessible or more challenging depending on the exerciser’s needs and experience. Please note, these are hard blocks and not designed to provide cushioning.
